If you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, please do not place an order. Items in stock will usually be dispatched within two working days of receiving cleared payment. In the case of personal cheques, this will mean five working days after the cheque has been banked. The buyer’s credit or debit card will be charged for the full price of the goods, plus postage as appropriate. When an item is out of stock, we aim to deliver within 21 working days. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Where possible we will show availability next to the product on the website. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate and will be shown on your shopping cart invoice. A contract between the customer and Kay’s Linen Cupboard will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. At this point the buyer’s debit or credit card will be charged for the full value of the good together with a charge for postage and packaging, where appropriate. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.What if I want to cancel my order?You can cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch. If you notify us of cancellation before dispatch you will be refunded in full. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, please follow our Returns policy (see under).Can I return an item?Of course you can. I’m sure you’ll be delighted with your purchase but if you change your mind for any reason, you may return it to us within seven days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund providing the product is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. If an item is faulty, please advise us of this within seven days of receipt and we will cover the return postal costs.How do I return an item?Unless an item is faulty, you will have to arrange and pay for its return. We can arrange for it to be collected but the price of this will be deducted from your refund. A Return Form is sent out with every order. Please complete this and say if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please give details of the replacement required, i.e. size, colour etc. Please make sure the item being returned is securely packaged and addressed to: Kay’s Linen Cupboard, RETURNS, 22 Cork Street, BATH BA1 3BD. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. You are strongly advised to use a reputable carrier (for larger items), and to ensure the returned item is signed for on delivery.Our siteThis is a UK site, subject to UK laws. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We are happy to consider shipping items outside the UK, but please e-mail first for clarification of shipping costs. If there are customs or import duties once the item reaches you, these will be your responsibility. How good is the colour reproduction on the site?Only as good as your browser software or computer system. We make every effort to ensure the colour reproduction is as close a representation as possible to our products but we cannot accept any responsibility for any variations in colour caused by different software or systems. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or corruption of material or data when downloading onto any computer system.
